The heart chakra is where the mind, body and spirit connect. It is the fourth of the seven major chakras, located in the centre of the chest, slightly higher than the physical heart. This energy centre governs feelings of love, compassion, generosity, empathy, forgiveness and understanding. When you open your hear chakra your life begins to feel harmonic and balanced.
